- Gervais known collector of "Lone Ranger" star Clayton Moore memorabilia.
- Gervais said to have "bollocks the size of beach balls".

I can well imagine that Gervais will export his Bumf Bishop character to USA. The following scenario unfolded in my mind.
Bishop gets job at High School/ College his nemesis would be none other than the late Derek Guyler. Mr Guyler would portray the vampire janitor. Vampiric outrage, Oh yes! Please Sir meets Buffy.
