I agree with this entirely. Because if I can prove to you that I don't (dye my hair) it also proves that the bonky one has been deliberately misleading you (after all, he is the one who has been making such claims, not myself). And if I can prove to you that he has been misleading you over this major point (though in itself it is trivial), then you would be entitled to ask about how many other things he has been misleading you over. This was the main reason for my proposal.
So I propose this: when you come to London next year, we can meet (preferably in or near Highgate).
I don't intend to go 'trapsing'into any hair dressing Saloons, but I will allow you to cut off a lock of my hair and you can take it away to get it analysed.
All I would expect is that you later publish the full results of your findings up on the Internet.
